Refund and Cancellation Policy

GrahakLao is a product and brand of Top Search, D/806, PNTC Building, Radio Mirchi Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015, India. In this document, "GrahakLao", "we", "us" and "our" mean Top Search.

Cancel anytime

GrahakLao plans are monthly. You can cancel at any time by sending a message on WhatsApp to +91 74054 89895 or an email to info@top-search.us. We will confirm your cancellation within 1 working day. Your service continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further payments are taken.

Monthly plans

First payment: if you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and before we have published any reply, post or listing change, you get a full refund.
After that: monthly fees are not refunded for a partly used month, because our team starts work on your listing immediately.

Prepaid and offer plans

For prepaid plans (such as the 3-month launch offer), if you cancel after the first month we refund the unused full months, minus the regular monthly price for the months already used.

Setup fee

The one-time setup fee is refundable only if you cancel before setup work starts. Once we begin verification or listing fixes, it is not refundable.

Wrong or double payments

If you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount, tell us within 30 days and we will refund the extra amount in full.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank or UPI app may take a few more days to show it.
