The service
GrahakLao helps local businesses manage their Google Business Profile. Depending on your plan, this includes AI-drafted review replies, Google posts, photo updates, listing optimisation, review QR stands and monthly reports, managed through WhatsApp and an online dashboard.
Your account
- You must be the owner of the business, or authorised by the owner, to connect its Google Business Profile.
- You are responsible for keeping your WhatsApp number and login details secure.
- The information you give us about your business must be true and accurate.
Your approval and control
Review replies and posts are sent to you for approval before they are published, unless you turn on automatic posting for certain replies in your settings. You remain the owner of your Google Business Profile, and you can remove our access at any time.
Fair use and Google's rules
We follow Google's policies for Business Profiles. We will not create fake reviews, offer incentives for reviews, or add misleading information to your listing, and you agree not to ask us to. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules or the law.
No guaranteed results
Google decides how businesses rank in search and Maps. We work to improve your listing and visibility, but we cannot guarantee a specific ranking, number of calls, customers or reviews.
Fees and payment
- Plans are billed monthly in advance, or for the prepaid period you choose. Prices are listed on our website and exclude GST, which is added to your invoice.
- Payments are made through Razorpay, including UPI Autopay where you have set it up. We send a notice before each automatic debit.
- If a payment fails, we may pause the service until it is completed.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies from your next billing period.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime by messaging us on WhatsApp or email. The service continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Content and ownership
You own your business content, photos and Google listing. You give us permission to use, edit and publish the content you share with us, only to provide the service. The GrahakLao name, logo, software and templates belong to Top Search.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, or for problems caused by Google, WhatsApp, payment providers or other services outside our control. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Suspension
We may suspend or end the service if you break these terms, misuse the service, or fail to pay. Where possible, we will tell you first and give you time to fix the issue.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
