GrahakLao is a product and brand of Top Search, D/806, PNTC Building, Radio Mirchi Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015, India. In this document, "GrahakLao", "we", "us" and "our" mean Top Search.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, WhatsApp number, email address, shop name, city and business type.
- Google Business Profile data: when you connect your profile, we access your business information, reviews, posts, photos and performance insights (such as calls and direction requests), only for the locations you authorise.
- Content you send us: photos, offers and messages you share on WhatsApp or in your dashboard.
- Payment details: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment status and reference, but we do not store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
- Usage data: basic logs such as login times, device type and pages used, to keep the service secure and working.
How we use your information
- To reply to reviews, publish posts and photos, and keep your Google listing accurate, after your approval.
- To send you review alerts, post drafts, monthly reports, invoices and service messages on WhatsApp.
- To process payments and maintain billing records as required by law.
- To provide support and improve the service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your Google data for advertising.
Google user data
GrahakLao's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google Business Profile data only to provide the features you see in GrahakLao. You can remove our access at any time from your Google account or Google Business Profile settings.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run GrahakLao, and only as needed:
- Google, to manage your Business Profile.
- Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) and our WhatsApp service provider, to send and receive messages.
- Razorpay, to process payments.
- AI and cloud providers, to draft replies and posts and to host our systems.
We may also share information when required by law or to protect our users and service.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active. After you cancel, we delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days, except billing records that we must keep under Indian tax law.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent. Write to us at info@top-search.us and we will respond within 30 days. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide the service.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and login verification codes to protect your data. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will inform you of any breach as required by law.
